Every verified signup creates exactly one return obligation. ## The obligation When a founder confirms your signup, they must sign up for your active project in return. ## The deadline The default window is 72 hours, shown as a live countdown on the dashboard. ## If it is missed An active flag is issued. Four active flags restrict participation until the outstanding exchanges are resolved or appealed. ## Resolving a flag Complete the outstanding return signup and get it verified. The flag moves to resolved and stops counting against you.
