1. The service
Sign4Sign is a founder-to-founder signup exchange. Members list products and exchange genuine signups on a strictly reciprocal basis. No money changes hands in the core exchange.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement, use one account only, and provide accurate information about the products you list.
3. Reciprocal obligation
When another member's signup for your project is verified, you must sign up for their active project within the published deadline. Failing to do so results in a flag and, after four unresolved flags, a restricted account.
4. Genuine participation
All signups must be created manually by you, using a real identity you control. Bots, automation, duplicate accounts and fabricated proof are prohibited and may result in permanent removal.
5. Project rules
Projects must not require payment, financial account creation, government identification, gambling or crypto exchange registration, rating manipulation or any deceptive activity.
6. Moderation
We may hide projects, pause exchanges, issue flags, restrict participation or remove accounts where these terms or our guidelines are broken.
7. No guarantees
Sign4Sign does not guarantee signup volume, product outcomes, retention or any SEO or marketing benefit.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
